• Taxes (GST or other applicable taxes) will be charged as per Indian laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All website content including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, and media is the property of Dreams International unless otherwise stated.
• Clients receive rights to deliverables only after full payment is completed, as per the agreed contract.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless restricted by a written NDA.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, and feedback on time.
• Ensure you have rights to any content or data shared with us.
• Respond within reasonable timelines to avoid project delays.
• Acknowledge that delays caused due to the client will not be our responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
• Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
• NDAs may be executed separately where required.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or platforms.
• Dreams International is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party services.
• Usage of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

10. Warranties Disclaimer

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, profits, or rankings.
• Technical issues may arise due to external factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if terms are violated, in case of non-payment, or for abusive, illegal, or unethical conduct.
• Upon termination, outstanding dues must be cleared immediately and access to services or deliverables may be revoked.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments once made are non-refundable.
• Project cancellation by the client does not entitle a refund for completed or ongoing work.
• Refunds, if any, are strictly subject to written agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
